What we collect
We store the name, email, organisation and public information you submit through our forms. Signed-in club accounts store a name, email, password-derived credential and session identifier. Partnership enquiries are kept in our CRM. Newsletter signups store your email and consent.
Conversations and Mattermost
Support messages are stored by NEXT PITCH and, when connected, forwarded to our private Mattermost support channel. Only replies specifically sent through the support reply action are returned to a website visitor. Treat your conversation link as private. We do not ask for children’s personal information.
How information is used
We use submitted details to review listings, verify club ownership, respond to enquiries and send requested updates. Public club and tournament fields can appear in the directory after review. Your account email and verification notes are not public profile fields.
Sources, storage and access
Public sources are linked with dates. The website uses Cloudflare hosting and database services; a local collection service may process public club information using a local model. Contact details for site administration are still being finalized. Use the contact form to request a correction or deletion.
Preferences and requests
Account authentication uses encrypted password-derived credentials and secure session cookies. A support conversation token may be kept in your browser so you can return to that chat. Paid placement views and link clicks are counted in aggregate without storing visitor identifiers in those counters. Partner links include campaign parameters. This is not a count of unique visitors. Campaign attribution may be stored in session storage and submitted with an enquiry. Newsletter delivery is not yet connected; you can request removal through the contact form. Before public launch, operational retention and contact details will be finalized.
