Before committing to an event, verify the dates and registration deadline on the organizer’s official page. Event calendars can change and past editions may stay online after registration closes.
Confirm the age group, gender or mixed format, playing level, roster rules, game format and any travel or guest-player permissions with the organizer and your club. Festivals and tournaments are not interchangeable.
Ask what the entry fee includes, the cancellation and weather policy, and whether accommodation is mandatory. Add travel, meals and accommodation to estimate the full weekend cost.
Bring water, appropriate clothing and the equipment your team requests. Keep individual children’s information within your club’s approved channels. Our event submissions are for public event details, not player rosters.
